Working with me one-on-one means having a thought partner in your corner who gets that your brain works differently, and that that’s not a problem to be fixed. Together, we’ll get curious about what’s getting in your way (procrastination, executive function challenges, internalized shame, systems that don’t fit), and figure out what helps you move forward in a way that feels good and true to you.


We’ll build strategies that actually work for your life, grounded in your values, interests, and real-world needs - not someone else’s idea of success. This isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about finding the rhythm, structure, and support that helps you feel more clear, capable, and connected.
