Group Coaching

Group coaching for ADHD offers a supportive space to connect with others who get it, where you don't need to pretend you have it all together.

As a former college professor and community builder with 15+ years of facilitation experience, I create spaces where you can be real, stay accountable, and find tools and approaches that actually work. We talk strategy - time management, distraction, emotional regulation - and share what’s actually helping in real life.

It's not about doing it 'right'. It's about finding what works for you - and not doing it alone.
