Meet Coach Brianna
(she/her or they/them)
Hi! I’m Brianna Greaves, a certified professional ADHD Coach and queer educator, passionate about helping people get unstuck and find ways to make their lives easier, more fun, and more rewarding. With over 15 years of experience in education and social services, I combine my expertise as a college professor and group facilitator with certified ADHD coach training to offer a supportive coaching experience for people from all walks of life.

Background and Credentials
As a certified ADHD coach, I trained at ADDCA, an ICF-accredited program that focuses on evidence-based coaching strategies for individuals with ADHD. I also hold a degree in Education from the University of Toronto, which enhances my understanding of how to support individuals and groups with diverse learning needs.

My coaching draws on a background in nonprofit management, college teaching, and more than ten years in social service work. I’ve worked as a professor at George Brown College supporting students navigating ADHD, addiction, and mental health challenges, and I’ve trained frontline social service workers to build more accessible, caring spaces. As a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, I want to create a world where everyone can be their authentic selves and share their unique gifts. I’m passionate about building collaborative group spaces that foster real connections, growth, and a true sense of belonging.

My Journey to ADHD Coaching
Throughout my life, I’ve navigated a confusing paradox: at times, I was unstoppable, earning top grades, winning awards and delivering big results in roles I was proud of; other times, I struggled with organization and made careless mistakes. This left me feeling like a disappointment, trapped in perfectionism and afraid to try new things unless I could excel immediately. In my early-30s, I discovered I had ADHD, which felt like finally seeing myself clearly. I realized I wasn’t lazy; I just have a brain that, depending on certain conditions, can either get totally stuck and stalled, or can be like a powerful turbo engine. I became driven to understand just what these certain conditions are that could change my ADHD from being what felt like a curse to being one of my greatest gifts.

Driven by this realization, I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about ADHD, training at the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA), one of the leading international training programs in the field. This education deepened my knowledge of ADHD, from its neurological characteristics to the practical strategies that empower individuals to thrive. Through this deep learning, combined with mentorship from master coaches, many hours of one-on-one adult coaching, and teaching hundreds of college students with ADHD, I have come to develop an ever-deepening understanding of ADHD and how it shows up in our day-to-day lives. Every person is unique, but there are patterns to how ADHD works, how it can sometimes get in our way, and how it can sometimes help us get ahead. Coaching my clients often feels like watching a pathway get cleared and suddenly they are blasting forward in their lives. Getting to witness this is one of the most rewarding things in the world.

My Coaching Philosophy

I don’t believe in fixing people - because you’re not broken.

ADHD isn’t a flaw. It’s a different way of thinking, feeling, and moving through the world. When you have the right support, it can become one of your greatest assets.

Coaching with me isn’t about forcing yourself to fit into a system that was never built for you. It’s about creating a life that fits you - your values, your energy, and your messy magic.

I work best with folks who are tired of hustle culture, perfectionism, and shame, and who want to build a life rooted in meaning, connection, and possibility. I’m especially here for queers, trans and nonbinary people, sex workers, leftists, activists, and dreamers of better worlds.

Together, we’ll get curious, build practical strategies, and learn how to work with your brilliant, complex brain - not against it.

Come exactly as you are, and let's see what's possible.

Neon Pathway operates from Tkaronto, also known as Toronto, on territory that has been lived on, shared by, and cared for by Indigenous Nations – including the Wendat, the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, the Chippewa, and the Mississaugas of the Credit – since time immemorial. It is also home to many diverse Indigenous communities including Inuit, Metis and First Nations peoples. Tkaronto is within the territory of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant and Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit. These agreements represent commitments to steward the land and share its resources in peace and with care for each other.

In recognizing the land and the Indigenous communities who have lived in reciprocal relationship to it since time immemorial, as a white settler I acknowledge Indigenous law, governance and rightful jurisdiction and commit to respecting these principles and taking accountable action to support decolonization, sovereignty, and Indigenous-led movements for justice.
